I really enjoy reading your blog! Contrary to most padlers you write well and about interesting and relevant things! I my self study sports science in Copenhagen and I must say it shines through that you have comprehensive knowledge about training fysiology! Probably because you have been forced to take responsibility for your own training and goals and there through develop this self-reflektive training filosofi!
